published SEPTEMBER 01, 2011 Slaughter and May is advising Bunzl on the sale of its UK vending business Slaughter and May is advising Bunzl plc, the international distribution and outsourcing Group, on the sale of Provend Group Limited and its subsidiaries (including Bunzl Vending Services Limited) to Autobar UK Limited for approximately £32 million in cash. Bunzl Vending Services supplies, services and operates food and drink vending equipment and systems. The disposal was announced on 30 August 2011. The Slaughter and May team is led by corporate partner Kathryn Davis who is supported by associates Simon Evers and Kelly Carmichael.
