boosts
Planning
Team |
NATIONAL LAW firm, Irwin Mitchell, has
further enhanced its Real Estate practice with the
appointment of Holly Trotman to the firm’s Planning team.
Joining the firm as an Associate from the London office of
Nabarro, Holly has experience of working for a range of
organisations including developers, real estate funds and
retailers, advising them on major development schemes
including town centre regeneration, infrastructure projects
and industrial developments.
Holly will be based in the firm’s London office and will
also support Irwin Mitchell’s Real Estate teams in
Birmingham, Leeds, Sheffield and Manchester.
During the last 12 months, Irwin Mitchell’s Real Estate team
has expanded across the UK with a string of high profile
appointments including a 20-strong team, headed up by
Partner Jon Vivian, from London firm SJ Berwin.
Well-respected property law strategist, Geoffrey Lander,
property litigation consultant, Sue Wilson, and tax partner
Alex Barnes have also joined recently.
Headed up by Oliver Martin, Irwin Mitchell’s Planning unit
has recently won a number of instructions on some major
developments. Projects that the team has advised on include
a major mixed use development comprising 2,000 dwellings and
over 100,000m² of commercial development, together with
significant community infrastructure provision.
