International law firm Eversheds is one of only four law firms that have been listed in The Times ‘Where Women Want to Work Top 50’, which is released today. This is the second year running for Eversheds and the firm joins many of its clients in the Top 50 list. Eversheds recognises that women of today have different career expectations, whether its ambition, work/life balance or sheer job satisfaction. Caroline Wilson, Director of Diversity for Eversheds comments: “We are delighted to be listed for the second year running as one the UK’s largest and most progressive employers. Nearly a quarter of our firm’s partners are female, and we are the number one law firm of the Top 10 UK law firms for female representation in partnership. The proportion of females in senior positions at Eversheds is 30% and we expect it to continue to rise”
