Corporation
on
the
disposal
of
its
vibration
testing
and
data
acquisition
equipment
business
unit,
LDS
Test
and
Measurement,
for
approximately
$102million,
to
Spectris
plc.
SPX
is a
Fortune
500
multi-industry
manufacturing
leader.
The
multi-jurisdictional
sale,
which
is
subject
to
customary
closing
conditions,
is
planned
to
close
by
the
end
of
2008.
The
Eversheds
team
was
led
by
partner,
Robin
Johnson,
supported
by
associate
Wyn
Jones.
Robin
