International legal practice Norton Rose Studio Legale has advised Banca Infrastrutture, Innovazione e Sviluppo (BIIS) in connection with a €10 million project financing for the development, construction and management of two photovoltaic plants (1MW each). The plants are located in Puglia and sponsored by Alerion Energie Rinnovabili, a company specialised in the development and management of renewable energy projects. Milan based banking partner Arturo Sferruzza led the Norton Rose Studio Legale team on this transaction, assisted by Associates Elisabetta Negrini, Anna Scherillo, Chiara Tocagni and Cristina Fugazza. The same team is also acting on a fully integrated 3MW photovoltaic project sponsored by Alerion Energie Rinnovabili, to be built on the rooftops of warehouses currently under construction near the city of Piacenza. An internal legal team advised Alerion Energie Rinnovabili on this transaction.
