Kromann Reumert has assisted Hungarian Telephone and Cable Corp. with a relocation of its domicile from Delaware in the US to Denmark. The project involved a Danish company as the ultimate holding company (Invitel Holdings A/S, and Kromann Reumert also assisted in relation to a listing of that company on NYSE Alternext, New York. Kromann Reumert has assisted Europe's biggest dairy company, Arla Foods amba, in its purchase of Dutch dairy company Friesland Foods B.V. The new purchase provides Arla Foods with a product range based on fresh milk, local production facilities employing 500 people, and revenue of approximately EUR 215 million in the year 2007.
