International International law firm Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer has advised Grainger plc, the UK’s largest listed residential landlord, on the refinancing of certain of its credit facilities. Under the agreement announced today, Grainger has signed two new forward start credit facilities totalling £615 million which will provide extended liquidity for the Group at the time that certain of its existing facilities expire. Both the new forward start facilities will mature in December 2012. Freshfields’ team was led by finance partner Edward Evans and included senior associate Sean Lacey and associates Niv Kazimirov and Chris Hastings (all finance)
