Kromann Reumert has assisted Danish bank Sydbank A/S, Eksport Kredit Fonden and Danish Energy Association

Deals and operations reported by Kromann Reumert for August and September: Kromann Reumert has assisted Danish bank Sydbank A/S in connection with its offering of 6,749,999 new shares by direct placement to institutional investors in Denmark and abroad. The shares were sold at EUR 17.5 per share, generating gross proceeds of EUR 118 million to Sydbank A/S. Involved partner(s): Marianne Philip and Henrik Møgelmose Morten Kofmann assisted Nordea in obtaining merger clearance when acquiring certain as-sets from Roskilde Bank. This mat-ter is one of several on this issue and all involving huge tax amounts and we are involved in sev-eral of the pending matters.
