SJ Berwin advises Kajima Properties on West End Acquisition

International law firm, SJ Berwin’s real estate department has advised Kajima Properties (Europe) Limited (through its vehicle 103 Mount Street Unit Trust) on the acquisition of the long lease of 103, Mount Street, London W1 for approximately £31 million, from The Prudential. SJ Berwin real estate associate, Mark Mallon, assisted by Omer Maroof advised Kajima, with associate Bill Tomlinson handling the establishment of the JPUT vehicle and associate David Parton advising on the construction issues. Associates Kate Turnball and Diane Donnelly of Lovells advised The Prudential.
