Slaughter and May advises HM Treasury on Restructuring of Northern Rock

Slaughter and May is advising HM Treasury, working closely with HM Treasury Legal Advisers, on the restructuring of Northern Rock into two entities, consisting of a new savings and mortgage bank and an asset management company and obtaining EC Commission approval for initial rescue aid and subsequently restructuring aid.
