Norton Rose advises lenders on Aicon Group restructuring

International legal practice Norton Rose Studio Legale has advised UniCredit Corporate Banking S.p.A., Intesa Sanpaolo S.p.A., Centrobanca S.p.A., Banca Popolare di Milano S.c.a r.l. and Banca Popolare di Vicenza S.c.p.A on the debt restructuring of Aicon Group. Aicon Group is a fast-growing group operating in the design, production and sale of luxury motor yachts. Aicon S.p.A. is the parent company of the group and its shares are listed on the Milan Stock Exchange. The Norton Rose team was led by Milan-based banking partner Mario Lisanti, assisted by banking associates Domenico Petrone, Alberto Castelli and Federica Periale and banking trainee Patrizio Cataldo, all based in Milan. Aicon S.p.A. was advised by Milan-based financial advisor Vitale & Associati S.p.A. and by Clifford Chance.
