Slaughter and May advised NTT Urban Development on Acquisition of 30% Interest in 103 Mount Street Unit Trust

Slaughter and May advised NTT Urban Development Corporation on the establishment of its wholly owned UK subsidiary, UD Europe Limited, and on the acquisition by UD Europe Limited of a 30% interest in the 103 Mount Street Unit Trust (a Jersey Property Unit Trust) from Kajima Properties (Europe) Limited. This is the first step towards the promotion of its international business investment in London. The trustees of the 103 Mount Street Unit Trust acquired 103 Mount Street, London W1 for £31,278,242 on 30 September 2009. 103 Mount Street comprises office and business premises located in Mayfair. The premises include approximately 31,320 square feet of floor space, which is occupied by a number of occupational tenants.
