Slaughter and May advised Palamon Capital Partners on Acquisition of Associated Dental Practices

Slaughter and May advised Palamon Capital Partners, who through ADP Primary Care Holdings Limited, has acquired Associated Dental Practices from the administrators of Kaupthing Capital Partners and the management in a transaction valued at £136 million. Palamon is investing alongside co-investors, AlpInvest Partners, Morgan Stanley Alternative Investment Partners and LDC. The transaction, which was announced on 1 December 2009, also involved refinancing the business with a senior debt package provided by Lloyds TSB Corporate Markets Acquisition Finance and Royal Bank of Scotland.
