CMS Hasche Sigle advises LICON on acquisition of FehrbellinerHöfe AG

LICON Wohnbau GmbH, a LICON Group company, has acquired a majority shareholding in FehrbellinerHöfe AG, the developer behind the Fehrbelliner Höfe ensemble. This avant-garde residential project on the border of Berlin’s Mitte (central) and Prenzlauer Berg districts comprises exclusive apartments, lofts, penthouses and townhouses. Leipzig-based investor LICON Group is successively acquiring listed buildings throughout German. It specialises in high-end renovation and revitalisation of such properties.
