Slaughter and May advises Cadbury on Final Offer by Kraft

SÜSS Slaughter and May is advising Cadbury Plc on a recommended cash and share final offer by Kraft Foods Inc.
The final offer, that was announced on 19 January 2010, values Cadbury at approximately £11.9 billion.
