Freshfields advises Antin Infrastructure Partners on acquisition of a 33.33 % stake in the share capital of the Pisto group’s holding company

The infrastructure fund Antin Infrastructure Partners has announced its acquisition of a 33.33% stake in the share capital of the French Pisto group’s holding company. The Pisto group operates hydrocarbon receiving, stocking and transfer facilities at the port of Le Havre, as well as several refined products distribution warehouses in the Paris region and western France. Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer LLP, with partner Jean-Claude Cotoni and Mélissa Ferchaux on corporate aspects, partner Cyril Valentin and Ludovic Geneston on tax law aspects and partner Maria Trabucchi and Jérôme Fabre and Amélie Alduy on competition law aspects advised Antin Infrastructure Partners, who were led by a team made up of Alain Rauscher, Charles Dupont, Mélanie Biessy and Charlotte Dewynter. RBC Capital Markets (London), with Clement Dai and Luc Averous, acted as the purchaser’s financial advisors.
