International law firm SJ Berwin’s real
estate division has advised British Land on a flurry of
major City and West End office lettings in the past two
months:
The SJ Berwin team was led by associate
Darren Rogers at the Regents Place deals and associate
Patrick Williams at Broadgate Tower. The lawyers on the
other side were Jonathan Lewis of Olswang at 10 Triton
Street, and Justin Salkeld of Baker and Mackenzie at 20
Triton Street. Richard Taylor of Hill Dickinson advised Gill
Jennings & Every and John Kelsall of Walker Morris advised
Dickson Minto for the lettings at Broadgate Tower.
