Norton Rose (Central Europe) LLP, the international legal practice, announced that Nick Dingemans is to join the corporate practice in Moscow as a partner. Nick joins from Clifford Chance, where he was Counsel in the Corporate Department and Energy and Infrastructure Group. Nick focuses on corporate M&A, joint ventures and commercial contracts in the oil and gas, power and mining and minerals sectors. He advises on the commercial aspects of project finance transactions and brings wider corporate finance, real estate, capital markets and tax experience to the practice. Tim Marsden, Group Head of Corporate, Norton Rose Group said: “Having specialist energy and natural resources capability in Moscow will enable us to capitalise on a growing market.
