NOTICIAS/ NEWS DEALS - OPERACIONES published May 28, 2010 Slaughter and May is advisingJ.P. Morgan Cazenove on Proposed IPO of Jupiter Asset Management Slaughter and May is advising J.P. Morgan Cazenove as sponsor and financial adviser and, together with Bank of America Merrill Lynch, as Joint Bookrunners and Numis Securities as co-lead manager in connection with the proposed initial public offering of shares of Jupiter Asset Management and listing on the main market of the London Stock Exchange. The new issue is aiming to raise £220 million in gross proceeds. There is also the possibility of a secondary sell-down by existing shareholders (including current employees and TA Associates). The proposed flotation was announced on 18 May 2010.
