Slaughter and May advised FirstGroup plc, the leading transport operator in the UK and North America, on the disposal of GB Railfreight Ltd, a UK rail freight business, to Europorte, a wholly owned subsidiary of Eurotunnel plc, for gross consideration of £31 million.
