NOTICIAS/ NEWS DEALS - OPERACIONES published July 02, 2010 Slaughter and May advised Santander UK ON Issuances under €25,000,000,000 Global Covered Bond Programme Slaughter and May advised Santander UK plc (formerly known as Abbey National plc) on the public issuances of: €250,000,000 3.375 per cent. Covered Bonds due 2015; €300,000,000 2.50 per cent. Covered Bonds due 2013; €600,000,000 3.375 per cent. Covered Bonds due 2015; and €750,000,000 3.125 per cent. Covered Bonds due 2014, under the Abbey National Treasury Services plc €25,000,000,000 Global Covered Bond Programme. The issuances completed between 5 May 2010 and 30 June 2010. The lead managers for each of the issuances were selected from a group containing Banco Santander S.A., Deutsche Bank Aktiengesellschaft, HSBC France, J.P.
