CMS Hasche Sigle advised the Norddeutsche Vermögen Group on all aspects of the transaction. Völcker Informatik AG has been developing software solutions since 1994, specializing in management of user identities, access privileges and security across multiple applications and systems. The Norddeutsche Vermögen Group was established in 1975. Headquartered in Hamburg, the operations of its subsidiaries in the fields of shipping, real estate and private equity extend beyond the local region. The listed Quest Group, which was established in 1987 in California, offers IT management products, e.g. for monitoring applications and managing databases.
