NOTICIAS/ NEWS DEALS - OPERACIONES published July 30, 2010 CMS Hasche Sigle advises SOLCOM shareholders on sale of majority stake to Lead Equities The shareholders of SOLCOM Unternehmensberatung GmbH have sold a majority holding to Austrian group Lead Equities. The purchase price and other details of the transaction were not disclosed. A team from CMS Hasche Sigle led by Dr Ulrich Springer advised the SOLCOM shareholders on all aspects of the transaction. SOLCOM is a leading provider of external project support for IT issues, engineering and management consulting in the German-speaking countries. SOLCOM's high-technology IT specialists provide services to multinational companies and SMEs in more than 25 countries. Headquartered in Reutlingen, Germany, the company offers sector-specific consulting expertise to clients in almost every industry. Lead Equities is an Austrian private equity fund which invests primarily in medium-size businesses, providing portfolio companies with equity capital to fund further growth.
